PRODUCT DESIGN SOURCING:
We have established long-standing relationships with factories around the world specializing in the manufacture of a wide variety of products.  We can design new products in-house and manufacture them for our customers.  We can also work with existing products and change them to suit our customer’s look, colour and feel.

RANGE DEVELOPMENT:
We work with our customers to develop and create OEM ranges to suit their season's design brief.  We travel locally and internationally looking at trends and opportunities in the market.

PACKAGING SOLUTIONS:
Although we know that packaging is often what sells a product, we are also concerned about our environment and we only use packaging that is ethically sourced, recyclable and environmentally friendly. 
We are able to offer short runs on packaging from our packaging factories.

FACTORY AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS:
All of our factories are audited for social and safety compliance and must have valid and up-to-date certification.  
All our products are inspected for quality before shipment by certified QA inspectors.

WAREHOUSE FACILITIES:
We have warehouse facilities in Cape Town should this be required.  We offer pre-retailing of products - attachment of swing tickets or barcode labels, stuffing of bags, packaging of composite gifting, etc.
If no warehousing is required then we deliver directly to the retailer’s DC or to their forwarding agent overseas.

MANAGEMENT OF STOCK AND SALES ANALYSIS:
For retailers that want a full service offering, we track weekly sales and warehouse stock levels, ensuring that stock is flagged when low and replenished on time.  We work very closely with the retail planners to ensure the highest level of stock availability throughout the season.
